To a group of ten or more people registering at the same time (not including students or accompanying persons), "Early Registration 1"fee will be applied per person. Registration Card

Registrants will receive their registration cards by mail upon proper payment of fees. Cards will arrive prior to the conference and can be used to receive congress kits at the registration desk.

Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
All refunds, less cancellation fee, will be made to the designated account by bank transfer. Bank transfer fees should be paid by the participant.

Passports and Visas

All persons entering Japan must have a valid passport.In addition, persons coming from certain countries must have a visa issued by a Japanese consul. Please be aware
that in some cases it takes more than one month to obtain a visa. For details, please inquire at your nearest Japanese embassy or consulate.

Letter of Invitation

For nationals of certain countries, an application for a visa to Japan must include an official invitation from the conference organizers. Such an invitation is available on written request to the conference secretariat after the confirmation of the Registration and Payment of registration fee. Please note that an official invitation does not imply any commitment to the payment of any expenses.
